Do one thing a day that scares you

It's the month of Halloween, and while we don't really celebrate it that much here in Australia, it's a good inspiration for theme of the month. Friends - welcome to the Shiny Yoga theme of the month for this October, do one thing a day that scares you!
In all my classes this month, we'll be looking at poses that bring our the scaredy cat within us - poses that make us start to sweat, bring the heart rate up a little, poses that we wish our teacher would avoid!
Off the mat, will you commit to growth by facing something that scares you? What I'm working towards this month is: Freestanding hand stand in the middle of the room (away from the wall!!) and I'm also going aerial trapezing.
Bring it on! Face your fear! Grow, be strong, glow and smile. I look forward to hearing your updates xo
