Soundtrack :: May

Yoga is all about feeling, and moving energy. MUSIC is such a conduit of energy and has the ability to completely uplift, slow down, or change the pace of a class. Some schools and traditions of yoga don't play music during class - but anyone that has come to a Shiny Yoga class knows that soul-filled music is absolutely key! Over the last month these tracks (in no particular order) have been on high rotation in my classes: 1. Serpentine - Kate Havnevik 2. Not Too Late - Norah Jones 3. Thank You - Dido 4. I Will Possess Your Heart - Death Cab For Cutie 5. Those To Come - The Shins 6. Beach Baby - Bon Iver 7. Until We Bleed - Lykke Li 8. Sweet Lil Gal - Ryan Adams 9. Cello Son - Jose Gonzalez 10. Sunny Road - Emiliana Torrini 11. Grapevine Fires - Death Cab For Cutie 12. Northern Skies - Dido
