The nature of Impermanence

The best thing about yoga is that each practice is a chance for us to start anew. We get a new chance every time we step on the mat.
But with each new chance and every beginning, also comes a goodbye to the past. Every single new day means that the days and weeks past will never happen again.
So what did you do today to make today 'special'? What is it that you will remember about today, when you look back in a few months. Anything? Nothing?
It's time to start living the life you've imagined - so I put this to you, fellow yoga friends: do something this week that gets your heart racing! Feel the tapas in your belly and feel alive!
Some ideas can be:
+ try a new yoga class or a pose that you normally avoid
+ try a new food, variety of apple, or flavour of tea
+ take a lesson or do a workshop in something you've not tried before (swing dancing, trapezing, or rock climbing!)
+ create a collage
I'd love to hear your ideas and make sure you share your journies and experiences with us!

Hi Stella! Found your blog via Om Bites (formerly healthbites).
Lovely lovely!

Maybe my suggestion for this day: share your thoughts, find a new and inspiring blog (!)

And again, too many exclamation marks.
