New Class!

Quick update for you today! Very excited as I’ve just started a new class at Newtown Gym this past week. It’s an open hatha yoga class at 6.30pm on a Friday night (for one hour) – the perfect ending to a week before heading out for a fun weekend! The classes are open (drop in) and it’s great to be doing a lovely class near home.

Have also started a beginner's yoga course at Body Maintenance Studio - this weekend saw week 2 happen - and it's really exciting listening to the stories of how people come to yoga, their reasons and hopes of what they wish to get out of the class. Yoga is definitely a community thing and it's about sharing and dreaming and breathing and being alive.
